Prayer Update 1

I want to begin this first prayer update with a big “Thank you!”  I am extremely humbled and honored that you’ve agreed to pray for me and this campaign.  We believe we can win May 17th and know that your prayers will play a significant role in the victory.  The scriptures say that the prayers of a righteous person is powerful and effective and we are thrilled that you are standing with us.  Lord willing you will be one of thousands receiving these e-mails and praying.  Throughout the campaign I will be sending you prayer requests and updates to keep you in the loop.

GOALS

Our goal is to have 50,000 votes on May 17th and to have a tithe or 5,000 people praying.  

We currently have  877 receiving this e-mail and praying with many more yet to be added.

PRAYER REQUESTS
I am speaking at Hope Chapel Hermosa this weekend. Pray for wisdom and favor.
 
Pray for 25 churches to set up voting regestration tables prior to the election.
 
Pray that we can get into Calvary Chapel South Bay to tell the congregation about the campaign.

Pray for open doors into the Hispanic community.

Pray for hundreds of volunteers to make phone calls, take yard signs and walk the district promoting the campaign.

Pray for hundreds to turn out to prayer walk the district.

Pray that we have 50,000 plus votes on May 17th.

SHELLY’S CORNER
We will also be sending updates from my wife, Shelly Huey and call this section “Shelly’s Corner”. 
The Lord has been sharing some amazing things with Shelly so she will personally communicate to you throughout the campaign. 

Thank you again for praying.  It is the foundation of this campaign and will bring the Lord much glory.
